Looking into the future, the university
will make every effort to become a first-class university
providing academic instruction and to produce graduates
— the backbone of the future society — who have creativity,
wide fields of vision and the ability to integrate themselves
into an international community. In order to achieve this
aim, the university has set up an eight-point school development
plan. With the wholehearted encouragement of the Board
of Trustees and the concerted efforts of faculty, students
and staff, this plan will greatly enhance the competitiveness
of the school among all institutions of higher education.
