摘要
胡五峰的「性本論」,可以說是理學發展的第三條路線,其對於「盡心成性」的極盡強調,實應是象山心學的邏輯前提。胡五峰以「未發」為「性」,「已發」為「心」,心、性於至處本即是一,性即是天,與天同大同久,心即是性,與天同德同功。胡五峰之修養工夫在於「識仁盡心」的逆覺體證工夫,及其論致知、窮理、居敬等方法,並藉由歸納出其修養工夫間的關係,從而了解其之間微妙的層次關聯。換言之,即就胡五峰盡心成性的觀點,以及其在修養工夫上的意涵進行剖析,以明瞭胡五峰的思想內涵。

Abstract
The “Main Tenet of Nature” Written by Wu-Fong Hu, the third route derived from the Neo-Confucian philosophy, extremely highlighting the “Giving all energy as a second nature”, shall be deemed as a logic premise of the Xiang-Shan Lu, Sect. Hu takes the “Un-Exploitation” as a “Nature”, and the “Developed” as a “Soul”; both are in one when they reach to the ultimate. “Nature” is the heaven as long as the world commonwealth, and “Soul” is the nature as the same as the virtue. Hu’s accomplishments lie in the “Knowledge to give all energy”, or a reverse authentication, together with those methods of the knowledge attainment, investigating the laws, and living with reverences to generalize the relationship between self-cultivations, and further to comprehend the correlation among the subtle strata. In other words, it is Hu’s viewpoint of the “Giving all energy as a second nature”. We shall analyze the implication of the self-cultivation work, so as to understand Hu’s conceptual connotation.
