Richard Rorty論人權、理性與感情  

摘要

    本文宗旨在探討Richard Rorty的人權主張與其對西方哲學的反省。

    本文首先說明，Rorty對於西方哲學中對人的特性的反省以及他所主張感性的進路；繼而以Alan Gewirth的論述來說明西方哲學是如何以人的天性來證成人權基礎，最後說明對於Rorty認為感性才是真正能強大人權文化之主張的批評與回應。

Abstract

     This thesis mainly represents Richard Rorty’s claim of human rights and reflection of western philosophy.

     In the first, we will make clear the reflection of human nature in western philosophy and his sentimentality progress; subsequently by the Alan Gewirth’s argument showed how the western philosophy is does prove by human nature becomes the human rights foundation. At last, the explanation regarding Rorty thought the sentimentality is the formidable human rights culture position criticism and the response.
